2. Service Description

Miro Fashion provides an AI-powered fashion photography platform that enables you to:

  • Generate professional fashion photography using AI technology.
  • Edit and customize AI-generated content for your brand needs.
  • Manage, organize, and export fashion assets for commercial use.
  • Collaborate with your team using built-in project workflows.

3. Subscription and Payments

Our subscription plans outline access and usage limits:

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance for the selected period.
  • Plan upgrades or downgrades take effect immediately unless otherwise noted.
  • Refunds follow our posted refund policy and applicable consumer regulations.
  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable advance notice.
  • Usage beyond plan limits may incur additional charges or throttling.

4. Content Rights and Usage

Respect for ownership is central to our service:

  • You retain rights to all uploaded reference images and brand materials.
  • AI-generated outputs are licensed for your commercial use, subject to these terms.
  • Do not resell the generated content “as-is” or offer it as a competing dataset.
  • You are responsible for ensuring uploaded content does not infringe third-party rights.
  • Miro Fashion retains ownership of its AI models, tooling, and platform infrastructure.

5. Acceptable Use

When using the platform, you agree to:

  • Upload only content you have the right to use and share.
  • Refrain from generating content that is unlawful, harmful, or discriminatory.
  • Avoid reverse engineering, attempting to extract model weights, or bypassing security.
  • Respect usage limits associated with your plan and keep credentials confidential.

6. AI Model and Training

About our AI systems:

  • We may use anonymized data to improve model quality unless you opt out.
  • Model updates may change output style or capabilities over time.
  • We apply industry-standard safeguards to protect training and inference data.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • The service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability.
  • Miro Fashion is not liable for business losses resulting from generated content.
  • Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid during the previous twelve months.

8. Termination

Account lifecycle:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
  • Upon termination you may export available data, subject to storage retention windows.
